By the end of term last year the Beaver Colony hit full capacity, which is a first for many years and is absolutely great news.

The Beavers didn't have summer camp this year but did enjoy meeting up with the Cubs on their summer camp at 'Court Hill'. They enjoyed playing cowboys and indians; getting on their war paint before heading into the woods with the Cubs to have their water pistol fight and all enjoyed a barbeque to round off the day.

'Wide Games' were also played with a very large parachute, which keeps the Beavers very active.

As a Beaver, the primary goal is to get them to respect themselves, but more importantly - others, and to let them experience and gain an insight into new skills prior to moving up to the Cubs. Most of all we want them to have fun and we make it enjoyable, which is what we pride ourselves on.
